User Agreement

1. Service Content

The app provides tools for motorcycle profiles, fuel logs, maintenance items, maintenance history, cost statistics, trend display, and cloud sync.

2. Account Use

You may register and sign in to a cloud sync account using email. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Data risks caused by voluntarily disclosing account information, using weak passwords, or signing in on untrusted devices are your responsibility.

3. User Data

You should ensure that the content you enter is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe others' rights. Maintenance intervals, fuel statistics, status prompts, and trend information in the app are for recording and reference only. They do not replace professional repair inspection, safety judgment, or manufacturer recommendations.

4. Cloud Sync

Cloud sync is used for reinstalling, switching devices, and backup recovery. Sync may be affected by network conditions, filing status, third-party service status, or server configuration. For important data, we recommend confirming successful sync regularly and keeping necessary local records.

5. Paid Features

If paid features are provided in the future, we will clearly show the price, service content, validity period, and usage rules before purchase. Not purchasing paid features will not affect basic local record keeping.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete local records inside the app. After signing in, you can delete your cloud account and synced cloud data from the cloud sync page. Deletion may be irreversible, so please confirm carefully.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the app to upload illegal, infringing, malicious, or destructive content. You may not attack or interfere with the cloud sync service, attempt to bypass account security mechanisms, or affect other users' normal use.

8. Service Changes and Interruptions

We may suspend or adjust parts of the service due to maintenance, filing requirements, server migration, third-party service changes, or feature upgrades. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service stability, but we do not guarantee that cloud sync will be uninterrupted at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, this app is provided as a record-keeping tool. The developer is not responsible beyond the scope of the tool service for losses caused by actual motorcycle condition, repair quality, user input errors, delayed maintenance, network service interruption, or third-party service issues.

10. Agreement Changes

We may update this agreement and the Privacy Policy as features change. The updated text will be shown in the app or on the web. Continuing to use the app means you understand and accept the updated terms.
